Poor Man's Rotary Table

I've made some worm and wheel sets this way. I hadn't thought about a rotary table. I wonder if anything else happened?
 
Looking good. I too recently went on the hunt for a decent priced rotary table. Didn't find anything so I'm in the planning stages of a build right now as well.
