Grew up in a town of only about 2000 people with a graduating class of 28. School was Kindergarten - 12th grade all in one 2 story building. So we knew just about everyone in town and now at 65 I am watching them go.
We have a High School internet site which is keep and updated. Since the town was so small all years of graduation are listed on the site. And reunions are for anyone that's still alive. I don't go to them as it's now pretty far away but every so often I go to the internet site. Every couple of months more people I knew are now gone. Wouldn't be far off saying 40% of my class is gone already. And what is really hard is, all the folks years younger than me that have gone.
