Protractor

I had a vocational school class in brick/ block laying long ago and I can’t imagine a situation to lay masonry on an incline.
 
I don't know bit I think it's pretty cool and a great conversation peice.
 
Is there a set of nail clippers and a removeable pair of tweezers on the other side?
 
It sold , $49. I know some guys that collect pre 1900 micrometers . One gentleman in particular that I know has a china cabinet dedicated to them , he also does research on them ( like @francist ) .
