Question on Aluminum alloys

2000 series is a mixture of Aluminium and Copper
6000 series is a mix of Aluminium, Magnesium and Silicon and are heat treatable
Never seen any 2000 series that I know of, but 6061 is very common, jsut made up a guard for the compressor using this.
