What do you mean by 'heavy loads'?

High material removal rates. Using roughing end mills with large depth and width of cut. High helix end mills are more prone to pulling out.

Keeping the bore of the collet squeaky clean is important but a light smear of grease on the outside of the collet helps too.

I just bit the bullet and ordered an 11 piece set of Lyndex.
