Re-defining the term mini-lathe.

So excited for this one. I think some of his best content came from his last model project! The setups were just outstanding and the results spoke for themselves.
 
Well below mini-lathe size. Even below micro-lathe. Nano-lathe, maybe?

Those actually look like they would be fun, both to make and try to use. I followed the link he gave in the comments, but couldn't find a listing of kits, it was mostly scuba diving stuff.

I started down this rabbit hole as a way to make stuff for my models, so making models of machine tools seems like a fine idea to me.
 
Very interesting.

I'm afraid my fat fingers would be ill suited to that fine of work.
