Reversing Switch

anyone understand the motor wires -think I have a clue how to wire the switch just don't know how to figure out which windings are which-thanks

Need a whole lot more info. What kind of motor? Single phase 3 phase, make, model, voltage... pictures of wiring box, schematic of what's already in place...

If you're talking about a simple DC motor then you'll need a DPDT toggle switch.
