Looks like the one my brother crashed his bike into when we were kids- he came away looking like he had been scratched by 50 cats LOL

The deer around my place would just love that rose bush! Strange how the thorns don’t deter their diet…Dave

Yeah, here too. I've had to put a full-round stucco wire cage around one in the back yard. Urban deer are a major problem here now, but 15 years ago it was rare if we saw one.

We have 10-15 deer every afternoon in the front yard..so far they've never bothered it..knock on a big piece of wood..bush is 6 years old..pruned it hard over the winter..its spitting out some roses..
