Sandblaster Cart

Today, I built a cart to make my sandblasting cabinet mobile. It also raised it to a more suitable working height. It even has “wood” flooring made from 9/16” composite decking trim board scraps. The shelf holds a small shop vac and my homemade cyclone dust separator.

I have a DeeBlast cabinet, which looks much like yours. I put casters on it also, so it can be wheeled out of the garage when using. I'm in So Calif, where it almost never rains, so this is rarely a problem. Blasting outside keeps dust out of the garage. I need to rig up a dust collection system. My machine uses a sock and squirrel cage to catch dust. A bit primitive, eh?
