Sanity Check Time

Use an ohmeter to check things out.

Your diagram makes sense but you may have a wire in the wrong plae.

Well, this one is going to be filed under 'Ya'all ain't gonna believe this s***' :grin:

Here was the culprit, a terminal connector.

They are supposed to be snapped on the DIN rail like this, insulated side to the metal bits on the previous one.

Not like this. When the little metal parts touch, these things short out. Who knew? :eek:

Gonna have to fire my panel builder. Oh wait..... :rolleyes:

I've been hand soldering surface mount printed circuit board components. You don't want to know how many backwards diodes, solder bridges and other such F* ups that I've had to chase and correct. It happens.
