Saved a tool box

Found this in a junk store, it was marked $80.00 to start. Then was marked 50% off, so down to $40.00. He then said half off if I wanted it, so $20.00 out the door. Not sure how old, but dont think J.C. Penney has sold tools for a while, Any guesses?

I grew up near a JC Penny and I don't remember them having things like that in the last 40 years!

I remember the JC Penny tool section well from when I was a young teenager. Tools excited me then as they do now. (shiny objects ) Sears was on one end of the mall and Penny's was on the other end. I still have a few JCP sockets left.
