I just went to the web site, the Form 1 pdf file is there for the downloading..

I am an 07/02 manufacturer. I haven't checked the laws recently, but, you are granted permission from your government to build one gun a year for yourself. As long as you keep the firearm in your possession ... you needn't legally have to mark it. If you sell it at anytime it would need to be marked with your name, model and a serial number. Any number will do as long as you don't duplicate the number on any future builds. A suggestion for a serial number would be the last 5 or 6 digits of your S.S. number. That would pretty much be proof positive it belonged to you.

I have to agree with Alpha, and that you should mark it in case it was stolen you would have identification to give to the police.

If you go with the build (a lot of fun to do) I can engrave any pertinent information for you on your piece to comply with the man!!!
