Are Shars thread plug gauges any good? I am thinking about getting a couple sizes of thread plug gauges for some upcoming projects and was wondering about the quality of them. They are cheap enough that I could get several sizes compared to something like Vermont gages, and they are cheap enough it is hardly worth making my own. The parts don't have any special tolerances, I just need to make sure all the parts are interchangeable.
I bought the 0-25mm thread micrometer from Shars, so far they seem decent, so I am hoping the thread gauges are as well.
