Sheet metal pan assist

Mixing hobby knowledge here:
A bakers full sheet pan is 18"x26" about an inch deep. They are available in aluminum, stainless and carbon steel. A decent aluminum one is less than $10.
Also, full size Steam Table pans are 20 ¾"x12¾" and available in different depths from 6" to about an inch. I use a 2 ½" deep one under my 10" South Bend. They are also relatively inexpensive. Check out webstaurantstore.com (have no affiliation, I just buy form them)

Good point, a full sheet pan could be a good low effort solution.
