Just another version of the many you see. Slitting saw arbor is for 1" saws made out of 1.5" 416 stainless. I have some projects coming up and I'll see how well or poorly it works. I was very happy with the fitment of the pieces. I made the arbor .9995" x .500" long and the bore came out .9999" x .510" deep (least according to the mics I did). The saw is 3" x .0625 thick and is a Moon-USA.

Tap follower 9/16 diameter. The body is out of 416 stainless and the rest out of 304. I don't remember all the dimensions as I made it months ago but had it out to tap the hole for the arbor.

I forgot how slow a slitting saw is but at least it worked. At least in aluminum it worked. Biggest piece was 1.75" dia x 3.0" long with 0.425" at it's thickest on the wall.
