small machining project south Florida.

Hello Guys.
is anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area interested in a small machining job?
it is basically 1.250" (12"long) 304 shaft, that needs to get M16-2.0 thread, 50mm deep, and a 3/8" step with reduction to 1" radius.
besaid the thread size, all the other measurements are not super crucial, so it can be a good project for a beginner.
