I'd be curious to ask your opinion of the processes, the machinery, the shop house keeping and machine maintenance practices based on what you see here. Pretty amazing.

One could say it looks a little bit crude, however, they are getting the job done!

I watched the whole thing. My observations...

Positives:
1) Productive and efficient given the tools used,
2) Process appears to be installed in a step by step logical sequence (each batch is handed off to the next op),
3) Machinists appear to be well trained,

Opportunities:
1) Quality Improvements (you can see lonely shafts underneath benches and littered around the shop)
2) Reduce potential for accidents,

I think they are leaving a lot of profit on the table, but that is just a matter of opinion!
