Spindle Quill Lubrication Enco 100-5200 Mill?

My Enco 100-5200 looks similar to a Grizzly G0731 mill. Mine does not have the oil cup on the spindle head. How should I lubricate the quill and spindle? I pulled the quill down-feed gear shaft to fix the torsion spring and found its gearing was dry; same for the quill gearing. Advice would be appreciated.
