Steiner SV4 Mill Thoughts

Any thoughts or opinions, pro and cons on this mill. Basically free short the expense getting it. I wish it was a horizontal mill as that’s what I could really use. Thanks for thoughts.

I hear those are nice for hobby shop use- small but capable mills
Rarely seen here in the states so I would buy it without hesitation
