Worked for me, just now. The set without inserts is $130 but the set with inserts appears to be on sale from ~$175 to $45.

Haven’t tried indexable end mills , don’t guess there center cutting

No they are not center cutting, I guess they are really small fly cutters.

I tried he 9/16” cutter on a piece of hot rolled square stock scrap and it did pretty good. I ran it at about 1400 rpm with a .010” cut on my Grizzly G0704 mill.
