Resolved Tapatalk not working.

Long time user with tapatalk interface.

For last few days it has not been working, cleared cache and now we get a server error, [E_WARNING]base64_encode...

Restarted phone and waited a few days, no change.

Tried to add it again to tapatalk, same message.
