It looks like tile, but it also looks like anti-fatigue mats..... yet you appear to be running wheeled bases over them.

I'm just an amature. 34yrs old. Grew up very poor and still am. If I want nice things I gotta make them nice myself.

Depends Whats being polished. Usually just standard polishing procedures. Sand sand sand polish polish polish working your way up from course grit to fine.
