Very well done video that we all should watch and take quite seriously in our work. YBCOT! (Y'all be careful out there!)
 
I always use safety glasses and face shield when doing any grinding, period. This practice paid off tonight. I was grinding a tool bit on the 2 x 72 belt grinder, the belt came apart and hit me right in the face shield, ruining the shield but saving my face. It was spinning around 3800-4000 fpm.
‘Startled the crap out of me. Never pick up a grinder without a face shield on your head.
