Little afternoon project....made a thread chaser and a couple of guide studs out of old head bolts for my buddy's Mustang. I just used a normal end mill and came in at about the 10oclock position. I did it in an ER40 hex collet block so that it was easy to cut three at 120 degrees. It is 11mm thread and 10mm shank luckily a 7/16 collet fit over the threads and had enough compression to grip the 10mm.

For the guide studs I used the same collet block with a 10mm collet (no head so I could come from the other end) to cut an 8mm hex on the one end. These should make it easier to drop the cylinder heads on straight. Finished with Brownells Oxpho-Blue becuase why not. ;)
