Technically:

Wednesday is midweek day of 7 days if you start the week on a Sunday.
Thursday is midweek day of 7 days if you start the week on a Monday.

If it was specific to week days, not including weekends, that is different.

Technically Sunday is the first day of the week and Saturday is the last unless you brits have a different calendar... You folks accuse us of messing up the English language but I was fairly certain we had the calendar thing figured out...
