Tousdiamants Vertical Milling Adapter

I'm looking for a vertical milling adapter for my Meyrat & Luisoni Tousdiamants Small Milling Machine made in Moudon Switzerland.

The part circled in yellow in the attached pic. This is not my machine in the pic obviously

These are used in jewelry and clock making, and really sweet table top milling machines, but not getting appreciation in North American where more power/bigger = better is the norm.
