I've taught a scraping class at Tuckahoe in the big all vintage over head belt shop. really cool place.
Ouch.....I'll say a prayer for her speedy recovery. I have broke 3 of my ribs and it hurts to breath, cough and laugh. I can only imagine how painful 9 would be. I carried a pillow around as I pulled it into my chest when I did one of the above. I broke a toe 6 months ago...that was another pain. I had to tape it to the toe next to it. every step hurt for a few weeks. Sat hi to Paulo, he usually demo's scraping during their shows.I’m probably am going to be at the machine shop first thing. My grand parents where going to bring down their camper at stay the whole weekend but I don’t think they will because my grandma was rolled by a cow and broke 9 ribs.
I definitely will say hello! Do you know what day you will likely be there? I have some flexibility on dates, so it would be good to go when you are there. For the best deals, (we always need more stuff) what days are better, in your experience?Stop by the machine shop museum and say hello. I manage the machine shop. I will probably be there 3 of the 4 days. There will be two tool vendors set up outside the shop plus my stuff and stuff we are selling for the shop. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys!
Will do, When I went to plane a lathe bed he gave me a sandvik blade that was ground and I compared it to mine and mine was out by a mile, I really messed up the conversion for the radius! But now I have the correct angle just need to make a handle for it.Say hi to Paulo, he usually demo's scraping during their shows.
