Unknown Lathe Cutters

I have egg on my face on this one, I have one, but did not connect the pic with what I have, and yes, the Starrett tool that is similar is the better tool, as it will measure the angle rather than just confirming that it is the same as one gage or the other (or not). Yes, I have one of them also. One does not really need one, if one just adjusts the grinding wheel height or the tooth rest to match the angle that is presently on the cutter to be ground, just take a light cut on one tooth and observe if it cleans up the whole slope of the tooth relief, if it does not, adjust the height accordingly.
 
Wish I knew how to edit the title of this thread now that you all have solved the mystery. A few pics of the 1 I picked up off of ebay to make it a complete tool!
