Our upgrade system is a little wonky. It reminds you to upgrade 7 days prior to when it expires. Unfortunately, you have to wait for it to expire prior to upgrading. Just wait until 1/17 and you shouldn't have any problem doing so.

Another point that someone with a pending expiration could answer - and that is can you successfully renew on the expiration date or must you wait until the day following?
