Victoria Universal Dividing Head

I have a "new to me" Victoria 5" Universal Dividing head that has sat in the back of a shop for the last 20 years at least.
Does anyone know where to find documentation for the tool? It appears to be in relativly good shape, just really dirty and crusted.
