What did you cook for Christmas?

Xmas eve: Our son had us to his house for roast beef, mashed potatos & yorkshire pudding.
Xmas day: We baked a 21# turkey with dressing, mashed potatos, mashed turnup, beans...and a shot of Wild Turkey 101 that was stored in the freezer.
 
Christmas Eve at my sister's house- Beef Tenderloin Roast w/ Cabernet reduction sauce & Gorgonzola Butter, Twice baked potatoes,
loaded green salad, green beans and Garlic/cheese bread.

At My house Christmas Day-

Fresh Dungenes Crab, served 2 ways -
Steamed in Old Bay Seanoning, and some were Cold cracked and Marinated in a Garlic, Butter, Lemon sauce

Shrimp Coctail- these shrimp would have been classified better as Prawns due to their size!
they were like mini lobster tails or crawfish tails!!
San Francisco Sour Dough bread ,& Garlic Bread made from the same SD bread :drool:

Homemade Spaghetti with Italian sausage bolognese .

Deep Fried Lumpia

Red Velvet w/white frosting cake, Yellow cake w/Chocolate frosting, Pecan Pie, Homeade Cookies, Candied Walnuts, Homade Toffee

a few adult beverages before ,during, after!!!!:))
