What Hz Is Single Phase Power ?

On my mill jet jdm 18 it has to speed ranges for belt changes for example 50hz is 100 and 60hz is 120 I'm trying to figure what hz I have for single phase 220 thanks for an input :)

All of the continial us is 60 Hz. (60 cycle).
 
120VAC 60hz and 220VAC 60hz is common in the states. In most European countries, I believe the norm is 220VAV 50hz
 
Here in Canada it's 60 hertz no matter if it's 110v or 220v. I suspect it's the same in the U.S.
 
most motors rated 50 herz can be used for 60 herz without problem, just ad 20% to the rated rpm
 
In the USA,distribution power is required to average exactly 60 Hz, regardless of voltage.

You are on 60 HZ. As others have stated. The reason they list both is that you can run it in the US or Canada at 60 HZ or in EU at 50. The only difference would be the RPM's the motor runs. 20 percent slower on 50Hz.
