Mine measure .280" dia. neck measures .171" thick x .191" long. Mating female die measures 7/16-20 UNF thread.

Edit: forgot to mention, the neck is not round on mine, it is parallel flats. They are Whitley brand.

These are transfer punches to transfer holes when you mate pieces together to make sure your screw holes line up.... Tubal Cain had a video on his small engine build where he used these to make sure drilling holes in different components would be lined up perfectly.

With all due respect the punches the OP shows are not Transfer Punches. They are part of a Hole Punch Set. Transfer Punches are in the first picture. The Hole Punch Set is the second picture.
