Made lathe spindle stops with something similar. Works good.

Yes, I know I can make one, but in thew interest of expediency I was hoping just to a variety of sizes to buy.
Have a lot of other things to fabricate for an emergency project at work.

Update from the original poster:
Below is what I ended up using. The task was to measure the angle of a car seat recline angle, forward and aft.
I used a hardware store variety expanding rubber plug to mount a digital inclinometer. I inserted the rubber part into the hollow tube, tightened it down, and mounted up the sensor.
Works good.
