Wiring Cutler Hammer 5441H27A drum switch to Grizzly H5379 motor

Would anyone have drawings showing how to wire these two together with 110 volts to be able to go forward and reverse?

Can you post pictures yet? Need to see the switch with cover off and the terminal board or dataplate on motor
If the motor is original I can look that up from my end

OK this is your switch but we need to modify the sketch to match your motor:

OK so: at motor side: 6 wires:
Stud 1 = Yel + Red
Stud 2 = Black + Wht
Red and Red/Yellow = Two Blues (swap if necessary for proper direction)
