Wiss Scissors

I have a pair of # 20 Wiss (by Cresent) scissors to give away. They are hinky, I am unable to get them adjusted to cut the entire length of the blade. I suspect the hinge may be missing a wavey washer or the blades me be out of wack. For the price of postage you can try and get them working.
