Worlds most complicated watch

Depends on if it's a certified chronograph or not. If it is, yes it will.

On a bet one time we/I disassembled four various quartz controlled watches and hooked them up to a O'scope. I don't remember the numbers, but I remember none were more accurate than about 30 seconds/day. Not very accurate at all, especially for a electronic watch. Good manuals keep better time than that.

If kept properly wound (it's a automatic), my Hamilton Khaki is more accurate than that. Of course it costs a bunch more than a Timex, but hey, it was my 25 anniversary present from my wife. :)

Fairchild tried making digital watches in the early 70's when they were all the rage. I worked there, summer job.
If you spent enough time with the adjustment you could get them right on the money, but you had to shove 'em through quick.
I still remember the frequency cause it reminds me of my Chevy Impala: 32768 Hz
