WTB B&S #9 arbors for recently acquired Sheldon No. 0

Meanwhile, back at the ranch....

I figured I'd remove the arbor and look over the drivetrain today because it was either that or mow the lawn. Shelly has a 1" arbor in it and a slitting saw I'm gonna call it. Spoiler alert! The arbor was stuck. Smacked the drawbar a few times then decided it'd be best to fabricate a jacking plate. Spoiler alert! The lawns not getting mowed today! I took a piece of 2" angle iron 1/4" thick and fabbed up a plate with two 5/16-18 jacking bolts. The plate+kroil+heat+tappy tap on the drawbar=success. With tension on the jacking bolts (tight enough to start deforming the angle iron), a warm arbor, and a splash of kroil it only took a few light taps on the drawbar to get the arbor to pop out. I'm gonna clean everything up and rewire it when my cord shows up and finally fire the old girl up. If all else fails I'll have a nice paper towel dispenser.
