A hand held lantern chuck seem to be the answer. A #6 SHCS fits perfectly. Round head screws do not work as well. They are difficult to align with the axis of the tool since the inside of the collar does not seem to be a precision reference surface. Not sure that matters much for hand held use. I thought from the numbers on the end of the handles that one might be for #6 and the other for #8 but, alas, no. Both hold #6 equally well and a #8 screw will not fit in either one.
