Just checked my Dutch motor and it is 115v 60 hz (Cs)
It says "Motoren Eindhoven"
Unimat sold a lot of machines in the US so they probably had both US and euro versions

Cyclebuster: These are really low powered machines, we are talking around 1/10 horsepower. Not surprising you can stall it with your hand
