The table is HEAVY 250 pounds... with a heavy enough table right next to the machine it's not too bad.
The threads you see outside of the housing.....that's built up grease...and chips. Really filthy! 30 years worth.
You have successfully removed your table! I made my small workbench to allow me to work on the table and the saddle.
The table was about 80 pounds heavier than me and I was able to remove it by hand this way.

Remove the table lock. There is a plunger inside that has the matching angle to the table dovetail. Use a magnet to remove...
