1938 Pontiac Hood Ornament Rescue

Yeah the nickel surface does tarnish over time. Prior to 1921 nickel was it. Chrome does protect the nickel. The sun visor pivots on my car are not chromed, and they are showing their age. The exterior parts are chromed which makes sense. Save the money on interior parts and make it showy on the outside.
