You can add one more fee to your bill. Back in the eighties when I was running my repair shop, a guy comes in and reaches over and uses my telephone. I happened to be making up his bill at the time. After he got done with his call, he stated that he had to call someone. So, I said okay and handed his bill, He looked at it and asked what the extra ten dollars for. I said rudeness fee. He paid it.
