An honest politician, a kind hearted lawyer and Santa Claus are at a bar, and there is a $5 bill on the floor. Which one of them bends over to pick it up?

While you are at it, rent a truck big enough to pull it and to stop it. Then round trip fuel at 8 mpg and $5.89 per gallon. You'll also need chains and at least 4 chain binders. If the total weight exceeds a standard drivers license, in Washington state combined can't exceed 26K, most states have limits,t then you'll also need a CDL driver.

$250 not a chance in you know where.
 
This padlock through a shackle isn't so dumb. Sometimes the mere presence of a lock will deter an opportunistic attempt against your stuff.
That Sid, if someone really wants your stuff... not many locks are going to stop them
