3" Face Cutter

Never seen it done, but maybe they are just "dummy" inserts. Lots of things I've never seen though. No way any cutting tool should take a file.

I had one with my Rong Fu round column.
Never could get it to work.
Had a difficult time getting her adjusted so all cut evenly.
User error?
End up using one cutter (fly cutter).

I had the same experience with one that came with my RF25 , I was so confused. (brazed type)

Could those be the chip breakers and not the inserts? Is there room for an insert underneath?

Not sure what chip breakers are but there does not appear to be any place to put inserts.
