I can't read the name plate. I suggest avoiding an open motor in a shop environment. That looks like a motor for use in a fan system - often the fan that it drives is intended to provide cooling for the motor (so there will not be a cooling fan built into the motor).
I suggest you look for some sort of a closed motor - at least "open drip proof". Used motors are common and cheap - I suggest you can do better.
