Agree with 7milesup, there is a good chance that they only have enough of a specific stand for each machine ordered. Probably less of an issue that you want to put a PM25 on a PM30 stand, and more of an issue that the stands are ordered along with the mill. It wouldn't surprise me if under the current situation with shipping if someone who bought a PM30 and had already received it would also have difficultly getting the stand after the fact.
If you really want a stand, the Grizzly G0704 is closely related, I bet the stand for it would work for the PM25 assuming they have them available.
