I called out & debunked loads off stuff from a big name machinist, often quoted on here. Comments relating to improvements of his often very protracted methods or misinformation are aways deleted.

One thing that can be done is to send them a private e-mail. If you go to their home page and click on ABOUT, you can access their e-mail address. By commenting privately, you will still allow them to save face. If they don't reply or otherwise acknowledge your comments, then you can probably write them off as more interested in the money than providing useful information.

That is a good idea but they will always leave the original material uploaded knowing it is incorrect. Hubris.
