I went to use my harbor freight metal saw today and decided it was time to make a guide for it, the saw comes with no way to set it on the work to steady it ( and i shake ) so i am making a guide plate for under the saw. i still need to make a plate, guard and tap the clamp screws but you can get the idea of what i'm doing. it will work like a circular saw resting on the metal i'm cutting. the lower guard may be a problem to put back on though.
