The belt for a Grizzly G4000 should work, it is basically the same machine. I've ordered parts from Grizzly for my Enco and have had no issues, other than some parts have changed over the years.
I have an Enco 110-0820 which is also a 9x20, I have no idea how Enco's numbering worked as they offered several of these lathes with different numbers. The only difference I have run across is some have a 1-1/2"-8 spindle and some a metric 39mm spindle.
They list 2 different lengths so it has probably changed at some point, one 710mm and one 730mm. Since the longer belt has a suffix, I'd guess it is for newer machines.
